Below is a link to a mediocre article that appeared in the online version of Time magazine. The so-called "5 New Rules" aren't that new. We've been discussing them in my school district for quite some time. However, the best part of the article is not the article itself, but rather the comments made by Lisa Bloom. She eloquently comments on Mr. Rotherham's lack of insight, as well as other commentators somewhat faulty logic in comparing education to different fields and business models. A complete stranger has managed to put into words the exact thoughts that have been going through my head for the last year. I encourage you to read this article just for the comments people have made!
